Frequently Asked Questions

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Toruno's Landscaping Inc. holds California contractor license #1118688 with a C-27 Landscaping classification, and we carry the state required contractor's bond. You can verify the license on the CSLB website.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Placer County and Sacramento County, including Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Auburn, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Folsom, and Sacramento.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Call (916) 778-7007 and we will come out, walk the property with you, and put together a free written estimate for the work.
How long have you been in business?
The Toruno family has been building landscapes in the greater Sacramento area since 1991, more than thirty years.
Do you handle both residential and commercial work?
Yes. We take on residential yards and commercial properties throughout Placer and Sacramento County.
How long does a full landscape installation take?
Most residential front and back yard builds run two to four weeks depending on the size of the yard, how much concrete and hardscape is involved, and whether permits or inspections are required. We give you a realistic schedule with the estimate.
Do you do the concrete and fencing yourself or subcontract it?
We do it ourselves. Concrete, pavers, fencing, retaining walls, and irrigation are all in house, which is why we can sequence a full yard build correctly and stand behind the whole thing.
